Still a lots of attribute redefining and fix to be done.

I was upset by BFG 9000 from the CC that cannot be customized at all, and that costs money...
Thanks, Oxhorn for the preview video so I didnt have to buy that .....

    This looks freakin awesome. Love seeing energy weapon mods since FO4 is lacking in that department.
