Looks great, A couple ideas I want to share. I wonder if you can add some bubble turrets. And the ability to take damage from enemies (at least the turrets) and needing repairs to take off again.
You mentioned elsewhere that you would be combining your mods to same Mods space. Was that just going to be limited to your Sim Settlement mods or would it include this one?

You said in the comment below that you think it would be BoS invention, I was just wondering, wouldn’t it make more sense that this is a creation by the Railroad or the Minutemen from what they have salvaged to compete with BoS, who already have both The Prydwen and their Vertibirds already? Just a thought.
I have one last question/idea, if I may, have you thought of “integrating” this mod with your Pretty Triangles and Pretty Circle mod, and make a Hexagonal Landing platform, or would that be a lot of work? I was just wondering since it would have been cool to have such a landing platform on the roof of a tower or something.
I have to place the building plans somewhere in the world.This seems like something the BoS would have engineered.Then I have to make the building process fool-proof.Make sure there are few to no bugs ( this means travelling around a bajillion times).Try out some last minute ideas.I also added an all in one crafting station (except for PA) for interior space efficiency.
