Interesting screen shot. And what about the movie--immersive film, if you haven't already seen it yet (have a feeling you have). I'm curious if there's a reshade or enb preset that most resembles that particular doom, grit and dread that the film so wonderfully portrayed. I think of lots of grey and very dark brown when I think of The Road.
Also not to come down on my own presets but the best "gritty" preset I have seen for Fallout is Pathos by Pansen1 as DarkDominion suggested. It really captures that dark, dirty, gritty feel. Few sample shots here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/wolfgrimdark/albums/72157675883021234
Out of my presets only the Railroad (which was made by Symphonic on Flickr and then I tweaked and he let me upload) has a vintage feeling - more desaturated then really gritty though. If curious here:
Pathos does have that very grim feel to it that resembles The Road, but Wolfgrimdark's GW Railroad is also a really good choice. Both are perfect to play and get screenshots from imho.
