About this image

So this little beauty is going to be for Fallout Cascadia at first, and most likely will end up as part of a modder's resource pack later on. Basically its the remake of a twin turbine plane from New Vegas, and I figured that it would look pretty good in red.

At the moment it is just some basic texture work, but I'm intending to make multiple paintjobs for Nuka Cola, Vault Tec, and more, and the original wasteland look.

Also sorry that the render is a bit grainy. I'm not sure how to improve the samples on Substance Painter's Iray renderer.

For rendering, in the top right there's a "Iray settings" menu. In there there's three settings you'll wanna have a look at. Min samples, Max Samples, and Max time. Turn Max samples right up, and max time too. Then just let it render until it gets to the point you want, and pause the render. I usually let it render for around 3 minutes, that's typically enough for a clean enough render. Obviously you can let it go for even longer if you want, up to an hour (or 10000 samples, whatever comes first), but that's really not needed.

Cool, good idea. Could a B-29 be on the horizon? This one wonders.
