I doubt it will be, though, as this seems like it'd use F4SE in some way. If not, though, I don't see why it couldn't be.
EDIT: No F4SE reliance so I imagine it could be ported easily.
But whatevs, man. You do you. You seem to be rockin' the "I'm a cool elitist, y'all are below me" vibe (at least going off this interaction), and I doubt that'll change. I'm not going to waste my time replying to you anymore, though.
Estimated release any time? Like, holy fuck. You have no idea how badly I've wanted this mod. Holy shit. I hate that pipboy model we're stuck with right now.
Random side note; what do you think should be done about the overabundance of lazily done first person meshes? If you don't know, when the default pipboy is removed a LOT of armor breaks in first person and simply has a missing gap in the armor or the armor randomly cuts off. It's like Bethesda just got lazy and said "lol f*#@ it".
Most likely will have to create new first person sleeve models. At least there are third person armors that i can use
