   The game can't handle settlement like this, even with a monster comp... a shame
   
   Still with the author talent i think he could do a "lite" version that could run at ~30FPS on good comp.
   Many things can be removed, the author goes crazy with the amount of clutter imo.
   
   Or maybe someone could do it for him if he shared his save, since everyone is asking.

   this is mind blowing the time and patients vision to make such a detailed settlement absolutely destroys anything in the game and makes diamond city look like a its was built by a 3 year old really hope you do share this would love to explore this first hand

   Would definitely install if uploaded, but either way excellent work on a fine city, puts "the great green jewel" to shame!
