So all of this shit is supposed to be debris on the ground in Diamond City, I THINK?

Whyyy does it flyyy. This is like that time all the walls in the Institute turned invisible. I am pretty damn sure that Quieter Settlements (recently readded) is unlikely to cause this, so your guess is as good as mine =D

    I've experienced that at skyrim, something about bloated save with alot of mods.With that, if you have more than 3 saves, you will get a floating objects like this.

    Could be a grass mod. Had a similar thing happen, only it was a ripple in a puddle that suddenly floated in the sky.
