      I used the console command tm to disable the hud and took screenshots through steam. Then I used a program called Microsoft Image Composite Editor to stitch them together. I used exiftoolgui to add the metadata so it displays right on google plus. Sometimes google adds it automatically after upload but I do it manually anyway. Nvidia is working on a tool called ansel to take 360 photos in game, but who knows which games they will bring it to.
