I'm guessing Beth got tired of the alpha overlay issues when stacking multiple semi-transparent textures and just removed it completely instead of fixing it. Then again they might have done it for performance sake.
The partial solution, as Apachii pointed out in SKyrim I think, was to make sure lower index vertices are under higher index ones so the engine would render everything. That didn't work with separate meshes though.
Anyways, this looks great!
Might have to get around to updating my FO4 and actually playing it to try these haha...
For that also use BGEM's instead of BGSMs.
In the BGEM you need to use the "EFFECT" tab for the texture paths.
Works. I have a semitransparent version of the Sirius, but i may not show it here
But that laced lingerie looks indeed awesome, man!
