      Yes, it is an upcoming settlement mod that I am currently building. I still need to do the interiors and once done, I will be posting it here, in Nexus ;) Until then, AD VICTORIAM!

      Yes, I believe it will be compatible since I myself, am currently using the unupdated FO4 (the one with no next-gen update).
