      no, u need to install original mod first and then replace the new  head on n :\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Meshes\0_Lucy

    Already tried the mod, the face looks great but the neck could use some fix. It's not working when with some clothes.

      Thanks! About the neck is caused by the head sculpt i did, probably in the future ill  update the model cutting the neck and replacing with vanilla neck
