Working with it was a bit of a pain. I think FO4 hates this specific shade of blue - streaks of blue pixels bled into the surroundings, and I had to edit them all out. That's normal for FO4 (its 3d renderer doesn't know what a renderer is lol), but only for low contrast colors, not highly contrasting objects. It just works I guess.
