I imagine it will be tough to make HA into a viable settlement since the corridors to enter are still tight for supply-line brahim (causes logjams) and access to open ground for water pumps has always been an issue. Would love to see that unremovable shack on stilts get the axe too, I hate that thing.
I tend to forego using HA as a settlement (just a depot/rest area/crafting station/display area) and put the workbenches, bed, storage, etc. on a large raised platform. Having access to the connected buildings will be awesome, anxiously awaiting this one!
Reminds me a lot of your Jamaica Plain, in terms of approach. And I loved that. I can't wait, I mean, I can wait, take your time. This gonna be gorgeous.
It's right up there with Sanctuary and Jamaica Plain... :)
Kind of reminds me of JP. When I first started it, I was just going to open up the one boarded up house that was in the vanilla settlement boundaries, then next thing I know I'm opening up every house in town.
Are you planning on adding navmeshes and sandboxing to the rooftops? It would be really cool to have settlers be able to go up there since there's so much space and the view is nice.
