The shoulder pads were mostly Photoshop (at least, the forms and tones). And...yes, there were a royal pain in the ass to make.
It's funny that you mention Blade. I think I've always had it in mind that X6-88 was a cross between Blade and a Terminator. The reali-life person that I referenced in the prompt was actually the actor, Aldis Hodge. Lol - Maybe I should try to make a mod that replaces X6-88's dialogue with a cloned version of Wesley Snipe's voice...
