The Diner is outside the build zone, but I didn't let that stop me. It will be repaired when you unlock the door.

    Maybe you could extend the build area a bit ? Like you did for Jamaica Plains, but to a lesser extent of course.

      Build areas are finicky and just too much trouble to extend them. Learned that the hard way with JP.

      I just use Place Everywhere and turn off the workshop timeout and can build wherever.

      If I did as you suggested and built a bar inside of the diner, would settlers head over there to relax when they aren't meant to be working?

      The repairing outside of the workshop build zone is of great importance here.  This means Aurelianis can use the repair scripts for any area of the Commonwealth it seems.

      Yep, I created new scripts for repairing stuff outside of a settlement. I have one the allows you to pick up trash and another that will repair buildings. I had started on Concord months ago, but there's still a lot of building meshes I don't have and need to create to do Concord.

      Very impressive!  I could see you being able to allow for random building locations to be repaired into player homes or some similar shelter.  That would be a good concept for a mod where you repair the location you and it could give a map marker too perhaps.  What if every location that gets repaired becomes a Minutemen or BOS substation kind of like the checkpoints?

      How do you turn off the workshop timeout ? In Place Everywhere params ?
