I use Amazing Follower Tweaks which lets you save your spouse

    He's gorgeous. Have you tried Dual Survivors Nate? It has a lot more dialogue and additional patches for your spouse to survive. I also made an additional dialogue patch for it which I'll be adding more dialogue to soon.
