Random Encounter

I started a new game. After leaving Vault 111, I spoke to Codsworth, who sent me to Concord. As I crossed the bridge from Sanctuary Hills, the first quest "A Rude Awakening" from "Americ Rising 2" was unlocked, which I had been waiting for and which I now tackled.

After the 2nd main quest: “Calling Home” with Captain Peterson (seen in the last small screenshot), we were on our way back to Vault 111 and had a strange but peaceful encounter on the street.

I don't know if this counts as a random encounter since the list says "Three Albino Radstags". In any case, this was the first time I had had this encounter and I had already drawn my weapon as a precaution in case of an attack.

Are the 3 deer supposed to symbolize the“Three Wise Men” Caspar, Melchior and Balthasar ?

I had the classical radio which was playing this great piece of music by Strauss* at the time of the encounter.
