   I've never found a winter overhaul that quite tickles my fancy but once again, I think what you're working on looks like it might be just what I'm looking for. I certainly can't wait to give it a try!
   
   It's certainly more winter than it's looking like outside around here. The irony that I'm admiring your Winterlude and I worry that the weather might not allow for the actual festival to happen to its fullest.

      Beetz!  Good to hear from you.  I'm guessing the weather's turned a bit between then and now- we just got a lovely couple days of snow and proper cold here in the East.  A welcome break after two years of no winter to speak of.

      hah, it sure has! we've got a solid bit of snow and it's actually looking like our canal might open for skating... it didn't open at ALL last year for the first time in history. the snow makes it a pain for me to get around, what with the no car and such, but it really felt wrong without it.

      Well shucks, that's awful kind of you to say!  Much as I might quibble with many (many) of Bethesda's design and writing choices, their environmental designers and concept artists furnished a wonderfully evocative and enticing world to explore, and their dedication to making their games easily moddable makes filling in those gaps or, like I do, riffing on the original themes endlessly accessible.  There's a lot of beauty (half)-baked into the thing to start.  Add in ENB's, weather and lighting mods, ReShade effects, and I'm pretty much swinging the camera around and, from the giant pile of OK-ish but basically forgettable shots, picking the handful that I rather like the look of.  So I'm glad you like the look of them too!
