Opie Winston is a character in Sons of Anarchy. The actor who plays him is called Ryan Hurst.
Opie + Hurst = Opie Hurst.
You can see in the screenshot that it lists  someone who is 6'4", the same height as Opie in SOA

He has brown hair and brown eyes, the terminal also says this.
Opie in SOA has a memorable beard and tattoos, especially the back tattoo. Both of which this terminal list.
His personal effects are 1 Leather Vest, 1 Wool Knit Cap, Motorcycle Keys...
He wears both 1 leather vest, an iconic wool knit cap...And rides a motorcycle.

This is a clear easter egg.
