Soviet Russia copied the space shuttle and built a prototype, the Buran-class orbital vehicle. Since power armour is supposed to be the US' thing maybe they copied it too.
Soyuz Power Armor. They were Russian spacecraft in the 1960s, and the term means "union" which can refer to the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. I could see Russia building power armor with a name that continues their space legacy.
1:Suvorov - He was considered one of the greatest Russian Military leaders of all time so it would make sense that if power armor was made they would honor a great leader.
2:Bogatyr - This a term of a legendary warrior of great strength , courage and bravery who defended the people. Similar to Knights in English culture. It’s also said they rarely used magic.
