It shows the casual brutality of them very well, which is both chilling when combined with their (well, Red and maybe Diesel's) cunning.
They might be callous and cruel, but they are not stupid.
Although, even though they are getting rid of the bodies, I suspect the smell from the corpses in that ravine will attract scavengers sooner or later, and the Commonwealth has some quite dangerous scavengers.
Yeah, far as cunning Rock is just a dumb brutal brute and Vapor is just self-hating broken crazy and sadistic. So, they are just along for the wild ride. Red is crazy and sadistic as well since she was a Disciple, so she has no moral compas far as robbery, rape, torture and murder. But she has a lot of "raider wisdom" and is a schemer. Just because raiding is all she knows and has lived so long (relativity) because it's doubtful raiders live very long. Diesel for sure has previous tactical experience but he is enigma for sure.
Far as the Scavengers. They help get rid of the bodies; the trick is just don't to be around when they show up.
