    It looks good in the day time also. But, there are quite a few dark spots, so I was working on lighting yesterday when I took these shoots.

    In FNV mods, someone made a Woody van and some surfboards. Anyone seen something like that here?

    Progress is looking great ,.. love those scenic views from the open area's.
    If I may ask, wich "building/decoration" mods are you using for this project ??
    I know using to much of them can seriously drain performance on your game

      Thank you. I'm mainly using Snappy Build. The white walls and floors are from Snappy. A few items are from Homemaker and SOE. The decorations are from V's Stylish Decor and HZY primarily. A little from Cat Deco, and Renovated Furniture.

      So far so good with frame rate. I clamp my enb at 35 fps. The video card, RTX 2080, hasn't dropped a frame at 1920 x 1080 resolution.

      I don't know why, but I'm having trouble with the lighting -- and it's not the enb. You wouldn't think that would be an issue with white walls. Thanks. The kitchen is the next task.

      On a game news site I visit a lot some one was asking about home building. Most folks there are the standard gamers who don't mod but are aware of what mods are. I gave a link to your post here and link showing the main image and they were impressed. Some nice comments and surprise about what you could do with FO4. Anyhow thought you might enjoy knowing that.

      Yes, it is the house from New Vegas -- copied from Baja Island. I copied as much of the structure as I could. For the furnishings and decoration, I have to be a little more liberal in the reproduction, but a chair is still a chair (even when no one is sitting there -- line form an old song).  And at this point I'm being a little more interpretative and creative in what I'm adding. More fun for me that way.

    I love the place so far! Its got the chic cozy place where all your close circle friend can't wait to chill at. Whatever circle that is, I am in!

      Oh yeah, that's a great tune and takes me back. A case of Corona in a Mexican cooler -- a trash bag with a shovelful of ice. Drink it all on the beach with my sweetie, then sleep it off in the back of my '84 Jimmy pickup. A quick shower, and do it again with buckets of Corona at Manny's. Watch the sun set over the Sea of Cortez and munch on jumbo gambas con ajo.

      This house is starting to give me that feeling. I can't imagine sleeping in the back of a P/U anymore -- well maybe I can.

      Thank you. I don't listen to C&W very often -- at least not the new artists -- but some of the songs are sooo good.
