Lovely character and portraits with her :)
I went with "Amelia" for this character just because I like the sound of it. Lo and behold, Codsworth calls her by name too ^^
Loved her hairstyle and her amazing outfit!!!
I like the name "Nikita". Think it suits her!
Well, I try to be unique in what I create. I love the outfit and hairstyle on her too! Still haven't tried that many, but this one is so cute.
Im not sure why I associate the name "Nikita" with busty Succubi
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100263/
I found the reason why I have that association. Back in 2013, one of my main characters was a Succubus made using this mod by Nikitaa: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/22903
Here's a picture of that character from November 2013
It's always a good time for a new kitten. Most tend to be so much fun, before they become grumpy, lazy adults :p
They're both over at the same time, so it's extra fun heh.
Thank you, Larys
I like her so far but that area on the side, behind her chin could use some tweaking.
But again, I think most of Fallout 4 characters are suffering from it?.
As for the name, well... if not Ruby, there are other gems, like Sapphire
And then there's the ''spoiler'' - if those are yours, I DEMAND that you send me one of them RIGHT NOW! I'd take both but I'm not that cruel, you can keep the other one

They're my sisters' cats, but I love taking pictures of them heh ^^
Back to Fallout. The name "Sapphire" is actually not bad. I'll add it to my list :p
And yeah, I absolutely despise Fallout 4's character creation. It is such a mess. The more you tweak, the worse the head shape and mesh get. One wrong turn, and Bam! Aliens.
I feel like Bethesda shouldn't have allowed for this much flexibility with dragging and scaling facial features. Something like Skyrim's Racemenu mod is enough (Many elaborate sliders and options). One other thing is I feel Fallout 4 characters' eyes lack something. Compare them to Cyberpunk. They seem to be lifeless and oddly shaped in a way.
I'll see about fixing that jaw, but tbh I'm terrified of tweaking her face. That jaw/chin thing bothered me so much with every iteration of Ruby
I have two cats myself but even if they could merge into one, that level of fluffyness wouldn't be achieved
It's as you said, you need to move/scale face parts in somewhat restricted area (you need to have a feeling for it) which is much smaller that what the game is allowing. In Skyrim, if there's anything you can't achieve within the game limits, you can simply export the head and edit it in outside programs and tools. And that is a blessing.
As for eyes, well, Cyberpunk is a relatively new game but yes, Fallout 4 has somewhat cartoonish feeling to it. I'm not quite sure, if it's the art-style of the game or something else. Have you ever tried playing it without mods and textures? All faces look plastic, like mannequins plus the mentioned dead eyes. It's seriously creepy.
Just keep the savefiles/presets from various steps during editing. You can always revert back to them, you know, in case of alien invasion
Yes, I make sure I'm always ready in case aliens suddenly appear - that's why she's "Test 7.8" right now
I agree with you about it being cartoonish, but I think it wants to be realistic at the same time. It's weird. Male characters can look like real humans, but female characters never do. Even the base presets. This time I leaned more into the cartoony look with my ENB settings. Another thing is that when you tweak a lot in the character creator, you end up creating little unnatural angles and edges throughout the character's face (especially middle jaw, between the eyebrows, and the sides of the nose's bridge). There are others too I'm sure, but it's been a while. Those edges can become obvious and ugly depending on the lighting.
When I created this face, I started with the eyes. I think they're as good as I'm going to get with FO4. I'm still trying to find the right eye texture. I used 2 different ones in this set. Main and the 1st in the description are different.
I suppose we'll see right?
so I thought of this name Contessa, but I had also thought of the names they included in the list which is weird lol
“The meaning of the name Contessa is Countess, Royalty. The origin of the name Contessa is Italian. This is the culture in which the name originated, or in the case of a word, the language. People who like the name Contessa also like: Aria, Aurora, Amelia, Arianna, Charlotte, Iris, Bernadette.”
Thank you for the kind comment! "Contessa" sounds very nice, though it seems suitable for a Skyrim vampiric or royal character. I like the name Amelia very much.
