      I think the naming's pretty fitting (bad pun intended). By today's standards or Fallout's pre-war standards, it's not too fashionable, but for a post-apocalyptic setting, the outfit blends in well while at the same time looking good. Of course, there are still the in-game dresses and suits which still look good, but I don't see people like Magnolia or Stockton clearing out Quincy unless there's some mod that makes them followers or something.

   The torn leggins make me think this should be something-punk or at least punk related (depending on how the rest of the outfit goes.
   
   Or Renegade something.  Renegade is always a good word for a rough and tumble outfit.
