   It reminds me of something I did that was pretty much in the same vein: in my perk mod, I made a perk who disable every source of healing in the game (food, stimpaks, etc), and in return, gives you a slow health regen who works only when you are not in combat; meaning you have to be very careful in your encounters as you can't heal, and if ylou are wounded, you need to rest in calm for a while before going to adventure again.
   
   I never really properly used this perk myself, as I made it at the same time I was working on Rico's story (I made this perk for him initially when I was still doing actual gameplay), but that's something I'll certainly end up doing someday.
   
   Oh, and your game looks fantastic, that's exactly how I wish my game would look like.

      Lifegiver rank 3 and the health regen magazine are also nerfed in YOLO. 
      I think Stimpaks still work in order to heal Dogmeat and Companions, so you have to avoid using them, but otherwise, it's a challenge to see how far you can progress the game before your one health bar runs out.
      One of my biggest concerns is getting a crippled limb or head before I can get to level 26 for the 3rd rank of Adamantium Skeleton...a crippled leg or head would pretty much be the end.

      He he, I took another approach in regards to these perks: live giver is buffed, but the required level is also much higher; and I merged into one perk damage reduction and limb damage reduction to give room to new perks

   "Can I have a better gun!"  Sorry - but Clover just popped up Anyway - I've said it before. I'll say it again. This is very interesting That Fatman has been the bane of me more than once. Even after I found out about it. Nice work. I was not aware of the 50 percent less spawns before dawn. I can see how this must be a good time to travel from one place to another.
   Her style reminds me of my usual sneaky sniper approach. But not with a fixed amount of HP. Looking forward to the enxt one
