What mods are you using in this shot? Rexford hotel and this building look nice. Very very nice.

It's just something I'm working on. When the Minutemen Engineering Corps pays Goodneighbor a visit  :)

The crux with Goodneighbor is, it exists in multiple versions:

      - One in the Commonwealth. This one is mostly empty, but the buildings in Goodneighbor can of course be seen from the outside - So copies/facades of the rebuilt ones have to be placed here as well.

      - One in the Goodneighbor Worldspace. This is the main instance, where you end up when you go through the Goodneighbor gate. If you look outside from Goodneighbor, you see Commonwealth LOD, propped up with "real" objects in the near field. Beth had done some groundwork here, but I've added many more details, as this can be seen from both the Rexford Penthouse (which, unlike the rest of the Hotel, exists in the Goodneighbor Worldspace and not in the Rexford Interior Cell) and from the Building depicted above. The Goodneighbor Settlement build area extends here.

      - One in the Hotel Rexford Interior Cell. This is what you see when you enter Hotel Rexford and look outside, either from the lobby or from one of the four guest floors (4 rooms on each floor). Any Buildings rebuilt in Goodneighbor Worldspace have to be here as well, of course. I've also spent considerable time on propping up the LOD with "real" objects for the near field (Beth had done nothing in this regard, as the Hotel windows are barricaded in vanilla) here, adding a bunch of facades, rubble, car wrecks, light sources, advertising billboards, working smokestacks etc. There's even some Goodneighbor NPCs patrolling the streets, just like in Goodneighbor Worldspace.

The overall goal was of course to have all the copies look as similar as possible. Since I had to redo the exterior, I took the opportunity to give Goodneighbor a new fence and to clean up the immediate surroundings a bit. They also got two guards outside the gate now.

Very tedious bunch of details - for maximum immersion!
