While looking at the mesh of the outfit in NifSkope, I wondered why the strap of the Minutemen general's Uniform is called GeneralBag when there isn't any bag. I believe that the bag may got cut during the development of the game. The strap bears a resemblance to Preston's. So I transferred the bag from Preston's outfit to the General's Uniform and moved it to the right position.
I plan to include the edited mesh in my upcoming mod Gloveless Clothing and Armor but an addtional standalone release is also possible.

funny story I never used that outfit because of the idea of taking clothes off a 40-year-old stiff and putting it on is just yeah don't want to think about it in a place like the castle basement the body would have been a skeleton and the clothes would have absorbed all sorts of lovely "corpse soup"
