I like it too!
Tried a lot of ENBs here in FO4. They mostly consume tons of fps and don't add much to the quality of the character.
Tried adding ultra decals, that seemed to work fine.
The girl is good. No doubt about it. We're talking about how to raise the quality ingame.
A week ago tried the best ENB and was disappointed. You know how to compare the view. Turning it on and off. Not much difference.
ENBs are mega helpful, when they work miracles, when they don't - they just eat up your framerate.
Tried lots of them.

Now been looking at your mods, Rachel is real good. It is so hard to make good presets here.
What a cherez-dupnaya system. Skyrim is much better in this respect. Where you need a second in Skyrim
character creation, in Fallout 4 you need several minutes. That's how convenient it is. Hours... and hours.
Not so easy. Even for modders. And one shot for rockenrolll! It's Saturday.
The lighting is just right, excellent my friend : )
