super late post, but its from a BDO hairstyle mod pack for FO4
it also makes it so you could craft outfits but they are missing their textures and meshes so the hair is great but ignore those items you craft or you just look invisible wearing the outfit pieces.
posting this here for anyone searching and no its not on this site just google and you will find it on various sites though without saying that FF7R files are included in it.
