Some weird bug caused my game to look like this, it makes playing the game impossible, but it does produce some nice screenshots.
Fast-travelling fixed the issue, although it was hard using the pipboy.

    wierd sight like this can ocur because u are using some weather mods and or new chems with new effects mods that can cause also sweet dreams :))))) it happened to me not long ago ,also it is true indeed the wetness is also responsible!Also texture changing mods of the vaults and lights  shadows inside the vaults will get u stucked inside the cryopod after that kelog bastard scene kills your wife or u will get an instant crash to the desktop CTD!

    You wouldn’t happen to have wetness on in the setting setting would you?
