Sanctuary - a one mod blueprint

So far - so good. A simple blueprint with just the basics.
I've started to rebuild Sanctuary as a sort of time capsule - but adapted to the harsh realities of the new world.
I prefer to keep the mod count down. But the next step will necessarily add more. Maybe even many more.

Looks like a good start. Agree with cormell about the two story house. I wonder if there was a local zoning ordinance prohibiting them in the prewar Sanctuary Hills?

Looks pretty cool actually! The blueprint may prove really useful for role play - this new Sanctuary looks like it was rebuilt by Institute.
