Caed is becoming a distinct individual, even though it's still possible to see shades of Lobo in him.
Great shots all around! I'm with FastBlackCat on the moon shot, it's awesome
It's an interesting idea to have some raider life in his background. Who's to say that a Raider doesn't have an event in their life that makes them reevaluate their life choices? Nobody is irredeemable imo.
I haven't fully worked out his backstory yet although I have plenty of good ideas. He was designed with the idea of a young charismatic up and coming raider boss style in mind. But I can't play evil characters so I won't play him as a raider. Instead it may be part of his past. Like raiders killed all but the children in his settlement and raised them to be raiders. He nursed revenge the whole time and once he got to the top he turned on them. Or he fled the NW raiders to Concord and tried to make a new life for himself except his past caught up with him. His mom was a boss raider but a rival faction killed his mom's gang. She died buying him time to escape as a child. He grew up vowing revenge.
Anyhow you get the idea - tons of options. Course I tend to like the more esoteric and convoluted ones. I got ideas floating around but will take time to figure it out - need to see how he develops. While he might have more understanding of raiders, and see them as less one dimensional then other folks, he will still be their enemy.
On a side note I was listening to two raiders in Corvega, while testing and had tdetect off, and while beth states they are all mindless killers ... if you listen they aren't. They were talking about ferals and some other stuff and at the end as one was going on patrol he said, See you, and the other said, "Aye, and take care of yourself." Which seemed rather "nice" for a mindless killer. There is also that raider that mourns someone at a grave.
That being said, as a group, they still have to be stopped. Much like ferals even though ferals were once human.
Finally changed from True Storms (for Caed anyhow, Lobo still has it) which I have used since it came out and going with NAC-X for Caed. Will liven things up a little I can tell already after getting caught in a fire-storm: https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50203613656_d590eda487_o.png
Caed looks good by now, Grim J ... but the rusty car looks better
