New Laser Effects

EPO 4.0 will be a major rewrite of the mod, with nearly all effects remade. It now also NOT be separated by High HDR and Low HDR anymore. It still long way to go, these things take a looong time to make, and there's plenty of things I still want to try out that will take me a lot of research, so considering that my day job takes most of my time now, don't expect it too soon.
On the up side, this version should be most polished, bug free, consistent, vanilla friendly version yet. Other mods will also be updated, I just need to find time and will to work on it, shit is not easy to make.
