  @InnocentAlpha - this is totally off-topic. On your next playthrough, you might want to try SavrenX's textures...by now, he's gone through every texture in the game (landscape, buildings, interiors, NPCs, clothing, armor, robots, weapons, settlement items, consumables, etc.), and even his 2k textures look better than Vanilla 4k (the HD DLC textures), and offer better performance than vanilla 2k textures.
  
  luxor8071 is another great source for texture overhauls, and I think he's redone almost the entire game as well.

A Forest.
It's beautiful, varied, shockingly good on performance, and doesn't break previs/precombines. I love it!

I just use Fallout 4 Seasons - Grass - Trees - Plants - Snow - I've avoided mods that add trees, due to issues with greenery mods that break precombines, or conflict with mods that regenerate broken precombines (such as Boston FPS and Fo4FI FPS Fix), or have conflicts with LOD mods.

But it sounds like A Forest doesn't break precombines, can be made to work with Fo4FI FPS Fix, and looks fantastic, so I'll probably try that next.

Yeah A Forest is good, think maybe too many color variations in grass tho. Sometimes less is more as I've found.

There is a nice one on Discord also. Check Ardent's Nexus and you might find your way there. This one has very high contrast textures though.

Boston Natural Surroundings, with a minimum of the trees from it.
Also some Natural Green if I'm using BNS-Trees Only.
