WT* looks like a real 50s postcard, what a great work in that gas station

Thanks. I like the dirty film overlay I found for this. It helps a lot. I had some good car models to choose from -- not so many for trucks. We can pretend that most of the trucks are parked in the rear.

The stop actually looks really lively! Nice 1950's vibes there

Thanks. Yeah, that's what I hoped to achieve -- pre-war but with the game's obvious bent toward the 50s.

Nice old timey images I also both enjoyed and felt sad to see some of the last manly men in cinema in the video :P

Thanks. Yeah, at least,, Mel is still around directing. It's good to see someone like him, a devout Catholic, surviving in Hollywood.

Thank you. It's warmer than B&W and probably does set the mood better.

    What a awesome place!
I can image them in B&W too, but for me the brownish finish makes this busy scenery look more cozy and warmer.
And i like the last colored picture as well - with all these neon-lights - appears very "American" for me (as a German).

And like Wolfgrimdark said : You are really creative, you know that?

Thanks a lot. Yep, lots of neon (Japanese also). Most truck stops here don't have this amount of light, but I want this place to be a little "tacky."

Thanks. It's hard not to do this in color, but I'm shooting a flashback, so... it's gonna be sepia and old film.

Thank you. I'm working on an earlier period of Roadside Mary's story, so nostalgic works. Eh, but we will have to make a leap to put her in pre-war Boston.

Very cool. You still manage to throw a surprise and amaze me But........ I thought the "shotgun rider riding shotgun "" was the co-driver
Edit: I just checked the "spoiler" pics. I don't know why I didn't before but....... They took me right back to the first time we visited Boulder. We heard music and walked towards it. And there was a car meet going on. Everything from old junkers to perfectly restored cars from the 50ies onwards. And of course a host of all sorts of spares, toys, magazines - you name it. Pia got to talk with an airline pilot. He had flown Tomcats off carriers and had Swedish parents. Great day

Nah, that's the "back seat driver." Thanks, still have a few tricks up my sleeve, or rather the graphics developers do.

You are most welcome. And love the build and the shots! The sepia tone is just right, methinks.

Thanks. I played around with B&W vs. sepia again last night. I was worried about a rain shot I need, but the sepia still looks good to me.
