   Bethesda definitely compressed the map from the distances in r/l--I spent some time a few weeks ago checking out the real location of "Sanctuary" and it's a few miles north and slightly west of Concord. That would be an awful long hike with Preston and crew (the PC char would be thinking, "Are we there yet???!!!!!" ). (On a side note, that river between Sanctuary and RR looks awful swampy in r/l--I looked at my in-game landscaping and then at the real thing and went, "Ehm . . . " ).
   
   Thoroughly enjoyed the camaraderie between your crew and terrific shots, and the main is priceless. Lulu is adorable.

      I actually saw a videogame map comparison video, and Fallout is on of the smallest sandbox games out there. Games like Farcry 5 amongst others are huge! But fair do's to Bethesda, as they did cram alot into a small area these guys feet must be like goats feet haha with very few working vehichles.
      Glad you enjoyed I was happy to show the beginning of the third book

   I was trying to figure out if this was a humor set at first with the hat on the Ragstag. But then think it was a stuffed one at some small home base. Cute either way.
   
   I am working more than ever so no extra free time for me. On the other hand so glad I have a job and work to pay the bills. Without a job I would be homeless and on the street so count my blessings every day I have work, mush as I would like an extended break
   
   I saw you mention travel distance and time. I have wondered if Beth went the extra mile to set up the distance you can run, with the default time in-game, to be roughly on par with what one can travel. I mean just how far is it from Drumlin Diner to say Corvega or DC? How long would it take? Hard to guess travel in these games. Same for Skyrim.

      Yeah it's true Bethesda just set the game speed to default to not frustrate impatient folks playing if there were serious threats like ambushes or snipers they(players) would walk more. Maybe someone should make a mod called Brokeback & Blisters
      But bro I remember I marched 64km in 40 hours through some mountains with 44kg on my back

      I don't know about the Commonwealth travel times, but I've driven all over New Vegas territory. You can't drive as fast as you can walk from Good Springs to Jean or Nipton in the game.
