      As I said to Bernt, I was aiming for a "one look says it all" kind of elegance. I'm glad you liked it.

    I was sedately browsing the set and thinking to myself: "Classy indeed. And very classy done" when I was awoken rather abrubtly by that first black and white picture - of the DC guard. Or whatever she is Brilliant. Excellent set - once again

      Heh heh. It's not the most flattering look. For some quest in some mod, she had to disguise herself as a DC guard to infiltrate the security office. All the DC guards I've ever seen are men. So, they must be even dumber than they look if they couldn't spot her ...
      Anyway, as you surmised, the whole set is about the word 'look' which has many meanings in English. I know that English is not your first language, but you do have an excellent grasp on it. I'm really stretching one meaning of 'elegance' here (hopefully not beyond its breaking point).One online dictionary says that one meaning is "the quality of being pleasingly ingenious and simple". That's what I was aiming for (the simplicity, not the pleasingly ingenious ) - a "one look says it all" feeling.
