Huck and I managed to cobble together a workable air pump and compressor for the tires we find that we can repair and use thanks to his previous skills as a pipe-fitter. , and managed to fit it into the original housing, minus the panels (the power core is exposed slightly, but no biggie). Plus, got the sign moved over with Big Iron's help and a new streetlight wired into the grid. 

Even better, another ghoul showed up--turned out to be Huck's cousin, some chick named Barb who smokes a lot of devil's lettuce...but damn, never saw someone work so hard in the fields or grill some brahmin the way she does. Piper could learn a thing or two...just sayin'...
