      Thanks. I ended up adding a few wrinkles, seams, and belts and stuff on the dress and I got most of the low polys made since then.

      I'm trying to, but I'm not very good with coming up with male clothes designs. But I'm open for suggestions.

      Why make a new ones? More important to have android body and head. Clothes can be weared from the vanilla game or made by other modders. But if want to make one, take a look at casual spacer outfit from Mass Effect 2. I think it fits as a male counterpart of your female armors.
