About this image

...The one I posted the other day didn't look so great, lol, so I figured I'd post one more.  I've worked on the iron sights, fixed the grip, and shortened the stock to be in-line with other rifles in FO4 today.

This asset is to be used in my WIP wine bar mod :

Carvelli's is a bar in North End, which secretly sells high priced weapons to the members.  Still very early stuff, but you can read about it here (you'll see a few more guns + combat scene testing).

Thanks for stopping by.  :-)

I definitely would like to see a good version of the Benelli M4 in Fallout 4. The current version already out there is buggy and just doesn't satisfy enough. If I might make a recommendation. I personally own a Benelli M4. The crimped tube (which you have modeled on there) is only a 4+1 capacity. You may want to model a regular full length tube to achieve 7+1 capacity. I made mine 922 compliant (because ATF says I have to if I want to extend my tube; since it is imported) and put a titanium tube on it to also reduce weight. The ARGO system is great for recoil and a clean running firearm, but it is a bit heavier because of the pistons. I also recommend modeling a few more stock options. I have a Mesa Tactical Urbino stock on mine. The LOP on the original stock is just way too long and I have a cheek riser if I want to use a red dot or reflex sight.

Thank you very much for that info, cr1m50nph0en1x!I was hoping someone who has the real thing would chime in, and you did. :-) As I have no experience with guns in general (I've lived in Canada and the U.S. for a decade, but never touched a gun), I really appreciate your post.

I thought I heard something about the ammo capacity of the tube when I was watching a video for research, but I didn't quite understand what the reviewer meant then - so I very much appreciate your clarification on this, exactly what I wanted to know! I definitely want to look into offering more customization options, but at the moment, I think I have to concentrate on just getting bare minimum stuff to work in game, as making weapons from scratch is quite complicated and I still have a lot to learn about this.I have already downloaded the pics of Mesa Tactical stock to use as reference, though - thank you very much for the pointer.
