So great pictures. Love the one with Dogmeat in the Main, and the glowing dog, and the bridge and also the one with the moon and....oh, that are all.....Ok, I love them all!

Beautiful captures. Dogs are really something special. It's hard to imagine how man could be so blessed to have companions like that.

They're all quite stunning shots Jon, that moonshot is a beaut and the skyline with the Prydwen hanging in the air and good old Dogger's patiently waiting...

Which has brought on a strange feeling, I know he's only pixels but playing FROST means he ain't there... And I miss him, a lot

Thanks Mart! While I didn't write it out the whole Dog waiting thing brought to mind a few emotions/thoughts while I was looking at the image. Mainly those of a sailors wife and the widows walk - where the wife never knows if her husband will return from the seas; and that of a dog waiting for his master to return from war - as I have watched lots of video clips of when a soldier finally returns home and they show them greeting the family dog. In general it represents anyone who has a loved one who goes away that has a high risk of death and you never know if they will return or what might have happened. The wasteland seems like that, where even a short trip could mean your death.

Yea I can't play without Doggo. He is part of my game world pixels or not :) For that matter I can barely play without Mac around although Lobo has Dogmeat so I have been making by. But I do miss that virtual companion a lot. But he only goes with Fenn unlike Dogmeat who knows me whatever form I take :)

One of my worst nightmares, Jon, thinking about something happening to me and what would become of the animals. Of course, the husband would take care of them, but still . . . I've seen way too many animals end up in animal control and shelters because their humans passed and no one wanted to take them on. I've also seen more than a few vids where cats are beside themselves when soldiers come home. We've got one that wails her head off, running from room to room and window to window, when my husband leaves the house. Noisy, but funny.

      And gorgeous of images!

Thanks Pat and aye so sad when that happens. One reason these may be my last dogs as I will be around 64 when they pass (or longer I hope but that would be 14 and 17 years for the older and GSD's seldom live that long). Maybe just adopt old animals at the shelter. Course no idea what state the world will be in the way the climate and other issues are going. Enjoying my time now as much as I possibly can because the future is so uncertain. Just back from a late night walk in the fields with the pups actually and now for coffee and some gaming ;)

So cool about the cats as well - I always had cats before dogs and also very fond of them as well. I enjoyed reading your description of your cats antics.

Thanks Kes. Aye dogs are so loyal. My biggest fear is something happening to me and my dogs just waiting at home not knowing why daddy isn't coming back.

Really like the atmosphere in the main shot, & that's an excellent shot of Pilgrims moon too. Thank the maker, after three years we finally have screen space reflections! (even if my gpu doth protest somewhat)

Thanks AGW! I love your moons although the one in that shot is by far my favorite. I change the size of it now and then - sometimes small but usually this size or huge. Looks beautiful hanging in the sky and like the glow around around it. Plus how different presets can make it look.

Many thanks Bernt! Mostly taken with FW and the RR both updated to take advantage of all the recent ENB changes Boris made for shadows, water, and reflections.
