Work camp houses BOTH Raiders and Gunners. I purposely left factions enabled in Abduction mod Holotape, and when a raider attack occurred, the raider prisoners stood around but the Gunner prisoners attacked the raiders. I wonder if a Prison gang war can occur or a rebellion on the guards… hmmm lol
