      I don't know what magic Jenna is incanting here, but for the abs you could try using the abs slider from the CBBE Universal Reference.

      jmenaru's preset already has abs but idk why they never appear for me T_T Nothing ever worked, changed nearly all skins out there (8k included), it's just a flat stomach ;(

      You can try using "hardbody" cbbe, that's what I had to use to get nice looking abs.
