fristo may i ask you if you made some edit urself on the body texture? no matter which texture i use, the head/body connection are always different each other and the neck skin is never smooth like i see here, also ur femalebody_s file looks very balanced and i can't find anything like that, if u can share any information even in whisper, i whould like to fix my character textures removing annoying miss-match and give it a not exaggerated wetness, thank you in advance.
I'm using my own set of textures for both body and face. Something I've been working on for quite some time. They are not perfect by any means - I'm not a professional creator. What you can see it's just a result of my ''tinkering'' when I'm bored. As for the neck-body mismatch/seam, it's impossible to completely remove it due to a couple of factors. It's mostly about trying to negate it as much as possible but it will always be visible in certain conditions like angles and/or lighting. The seam is also visible on my textures but I'm usually removing it in PS on the screenshots.
I see, are you using a skeleton with shorter neck? i did try that too and i didn't like how it was pushing down all the bottom side of the neck like creating a fosse, i don't notice that in this picture, btw if you ever wanna share textures let me know it, im always looking for anything that fix those annoying mismatch or making em less noticeable, thank you for answering fristo.
Yes but again, it's my own skeleton with tweaked proportions of the neck, shoulders, head and some other things. The downside of it is, it doesn't work with some poses mostly due to the difference in arm's length and tweaked shoulder width. As for the textures, there is a couple of sets which i was using before. I can't recall their names right now because I've been away from nexus, modding and fallout for a couple of months. The only thing I can think of now is some set with ''valhalla'' in its name.
A little late, but I bet the skin texture you're thinking of is Valkyr.
Fristo, Michelle is, hands down, the best looking character on the Nexus. I've been trying for ages to duplicate that face. I hope, some day, you'll release her as a preset. <3
Hard to tell, really. Just make one character, stick to it and keep improving it, I guess. This character was made shortly after the release of FO4 so it's quite old. Every time I was getting back to the game after a break, I was changing something. There's still a couple of things I'd like to add but it requires delving into head-mesh editing and I'm waaaaaaaay too lazy for that.
