About this image

This is an image from a FO4 mod I'm working on called Project Extend And Change Everything (PEACE).

The PEACE WIP thread can be found here. Note also that PEACE is the sister mod to WARS, the WIP thread for which can be found here. WAR(S) and PEACE, you see?

I've been working on power armour "cargo carriers" - power armour backpacks, essentially. For more information on them and to see roughly how they look when attached to power armour, check out my previous two images.

Here they are in Substance Painter, though. I've made a number of different paint-jobs for them; hopefully enough to match the vanilla power armour paint-jobs plus any you're likely to use from other mods.

Shown here are the bare metal and green paint options. I'm not totally sure about the rust patterns on the bare metal one yet; I may tweak it some more.

Too soon to say. (Also I touch on this in the FAQ, in the second post of the WIP thread.)

      Thanks though.

Not to sound ungrateful, but why are you doing a sister mod for WARS at the moment when WARS already hasn't been released after years of development? Shouldn't WARS come first?

With WARS, I'm currently waiting on the pending AmmoTweaks update. I can't really do more on it (besides adding more guns... which is always tempting) until that update is ready.

I'm glad to get some time to work on PEACE too; both it and WARS represent things I want in FO4 before I play it again - and I've been waiting since I finished my first playthrough, directly after the game came out.

If you have multiple images to upload you should use something like imgur and just embed them in the description for the image rather than filling the image section and potentially pushing out other people's work from the media section on the main page.

I use the image share section as a kind of in-house way to host these WIP images for my WIP threads; it's my preferred way of doing things. (As opposed to posting them off-site somewhere like imgur.)

I don't post more than five at a time - as that's the daily limit anyway - and in any case I post images relatively rarely. I'm definitely not in here every day posting stuff.
