Thanks. It is an overlay. Maybe I'm starting to get the hang of them. I think because the overlay is muted, it does add to the dreamlike quality. Glad you like it. It is one of my favorites of the pictures that i have of Magnolia -
Yes, I think it does. One of the things I enjoy about Fallout 4 is that most NPCs have just a sketch for a backstory and the player can build on them to create a fuller character - or ignore them completely and build their own version. to me, Magnolia is one of the more interesting NPCs.

@BlackMaid Thank you so very much. And, thanks for the lovely .gif The magnolia is probably my favorite flower ( except for hubflowers and deathbells ) And Magnolia is one of my favorite NPCs.I'll have to get her involved in Isolde's Story somehow. Oh! Wait. She's already been involved with Isolde.
Thanks. You have to use mods, I think, if you want more than hubflowers, bloodleaf, thistle and the occasional odd wild ones - wild melon and a few others ...
