Ezra is an electrition/mechanic who specializes in helping settlements get their power up and running. He runs his trading outpost out of the old bus station in Lexington but also owns an apartment in Goodneighbour for when he needs to restock materials. He's not liked in Diamond City as there have been a lot of rumors of him helping out synths. 
He's been facinated by power armour and robots since he was a kid, so he spends all his free time scavenging for parts and building his own robots. His first major robotics project was his canine companion, Bi0, a dog built completely from scrap. 
Although he lives alone at his outpost, there is always a revolving door of escaped synths coming to him spare parts and help.
