    West covert ops outfit, since it has slings, boots, pants similar to western outfits(cowboy) and covert ops because of the colour scheme aka black

    There's nothing needed from the CK for making an armor mod, it can all be done easier in FO4Edit.

    hmm i can help with ck crashing since i had a simillar issue try blocking the ck with ur windows firewall maybe this helps you. :)
