   Cinematic trip! Fantastic visual storytelling that takes you through events of death and glory...and with the focus laying on a sad fate with strong emotional awareness! Awesome!
   
   And yes, we had some "complains" against photoshopped/edited images, but they are indeed allowed. Personally I don't mind images being so, since it's all about what the author him or herself wants to achieve with the work presented (and I don't even have the knowledge of using such programs). People seem to have "locked their vision" on the word screenshot, instead of enjoying screenart for what it is.

      Thank you! I usually don't really count the main image as a part of the set due to it being more like a thumbnail, hence why I feel like editing main image wouldn't be too bad in this context. Although there was a picture or two where I had to combine screenshots together. I would most likely avoid using editing in any form though in one of the next events if I will join them, since people may indeed get quite upset.

   Thanks for the heads-up about this set, Hawk! Your distinctive style is on top display here, just as adroit with a far more sober source of subject material than your usual high-fantasy/electric sci-fi millieu. Guess I'm supposed to be impartial in looking at these events posts, but I gotta say I love what you've done with the place.

      Thank you very much, I'm really glad that you love it! This event was a great chance to do something with the song I like. It always made me think of some Black Hawk Down-esque or Blood Diamond-esque scenes with bits of Spec Ops whenever I heard it, and very tragic overtones, which is why I thought that this type of visuals would fit the theme really well.

   Fantastic interpretation of the theme ... you show in your story all what it means. The change of the colouration enhances this in a special way. Perect and very artful work

   As usual, great pictures with great visuals. The set suits to the theme perfectly, not only as a whole, but also every single shot would be a great contribution to the theme. Beautiful work.
