      Since this is such an easy 'fix', i am pretty sure the creators were well aware of this. Unfortunately, this will require the outfits to be updated, which is quite a bit of work and probably the reason why they didn't implement some thing similar....

      It is a fully working mod. Basically, it's an added slider to move the knees. While it will require outfits' base shape to be updated, it should be a trivial matter with a conversion reference.
